Can I refill my Angel by Thierry Mugler perfume for free?
BySomeone told me I could get it refilled for free at a nordstrom counter, even though I ordered it online. I have this one:

I've never heard of that before. You could call there, and ask. The worst thing that can happen is they just say no. No big deal…

No, nothing is free like that…You can get a refill by buying one, but it's never been free. Whoever told you that was misinformed.
