I remember that Amazon.com has many discount for their perfume deals. Also, if your order is higher than $25 and sold by Amazon.com , you can get free shipping. You can use this amazon discount finder ( http://www.tophotdeal.com ) to search your discount perfume, which allows you search up to 90% off discount deals.
Another good method I used is to search "discount perfume" on Google, and see what you can find.

there are several national mall stores that sell it like perfumia, bet you have one in your local mall… the best part is b/c these stores are independently owned you can usually negotiate the prices…
