I would find a box to put them into which has a lovely internal covering and then plead breakage from dropping earlier on when getting out of the car! The ones without tops would come across at cheap and nasty present and wouldn't earn you any favours. Spend extra and make the item special, unless you want to end up getting hit on the head by the perfume bottle from disgruntled lady friends and relatives. These item are only good enough for a surprise gift, although, I would warn you of one problem which is the seller letting you smell/test a bottle, then hand you a different bottle after you hand over the money. Often the bottle you receive will be watered down or other disgusting yellow tinged liquid, (do you understand?), and is a scam.
