no, this would not make people happy, there could have been a substitution made with a cheap mix and not the original which people could have an allergy to.References :

If you're under the age of 16, then that's perfectly fine, they will appreciate it, it's the thought that counts. However, if you have a job and money, i think you're being a bit tight.References :

I would give the ones with tops (regardless of broken or not) as a present. I would find a box to put them into which has a lovely internal covering and then plead breakage from dropping earlier on when getting out of the car!

The ones without tops would come across at cheap and nasty present and wouldn't earn you any favours.

There is no problem buying these but I would advise NOT to give as official Christmas, birthday, or other pressy times. Spend extra and make the item special, unless you want to end up getting hit on the head by the perfume bottle from disgruntled lady friends and relatives.
These item are only good enough for a surprise gift, although, I would warn you of one problem which is the seller letting you smell/test a bottle, then hand you a different bottle after you hand over the money. Often the bottle you receive will be watered down or other disgusting yellow tinged liquid, (do you understand?), and is a scam.
Better to just stick to the real thing in it's proper bottle and box, to impress and stay alive......References :

It will come off a little tacky if you do. Unless you use them as a stocking stuffer and just stick the perfumes in the stocking. You may get away with that. Or, after giving out your real gifts, ask if they'd also like one of your perfumes. This way they can decide whether or not they like it and it'll be more of a kind gesture than a Christmas gift but it will be just as appreciated. Trying to pass them off as gifts for Christmas though would make you look bad.References :

I would have to say no it's not OK. If you did give it like that it would most likely be thrown away and you would be thought of as a cheapskate.References : What I would do and think.
