Katie Puckrik smells Rush by Gucci. Other fragrances mentioned in this review: Burberry Classic, Gucci pour Homme (the first one), Grès Cabaret, Christian Dior Hypnotic Poison, Thierry Mugler Alien.

Note: “Poppers” is slang for amyl nitrite, an inhalant that’s used medically for heart problems, but also recreationally for its (short-lived) euphoric high. It has a really distinctive odor, a cross between fruity chlorine and sweaty socks. Another slang for amyl nitrite is “rush”, hence…the name of the perfume that smells a bit like poppers.

This is a review for the newer scent, Gucci Flora, released in 2009.

I love this perfume. It’s utterly my favorite (for the moment).

I got it on Ebay as a tester product and saved lots of money.

Currently you can buy it now on ebay for $35.95 but there are some that are selling for $25.

I suggest you buy the trial size perfumes first or go into a local store that carries the brand and test it out. Because perfumes can smell differently based on your body chemistry and fade to a different smell over time.
